Summary

ProBridge Services is seeking a Symitar Business Systems Analyst to support our growing Core Support Services practice. This role requires hands-on Symitar PowerOn development experience and working knowledge of ARCU reporting with SQL skills to support reporting, data analysis, extracts, and integrations across multiple credit union clients.

This is a hands-on, development-focused role that combines requirements analysis with technical execution. The position works directly with stakeholders to define and document business needs while also building and delivering solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning work from initial discussion through implementation.

Responsibilities

Core Development

  • Design, develop, test, and implement PowerOn programs and scripts within Symitar
  • Build and enhance functionality supporting: • Lending and servicing operations
  • Member service and teller processes
  • Batch processing and automation
  • Data extracts and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Maintain and optimize existing solutions for performance and scalability

Requirements & Solution Delivery

  • Collaborate directly with credit union stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements
  • Translate requirements into practical, executable technical solutions
  • Own work from concept through deployment with minimal oversight
  • Provide guidance on effective use of Symitar capabilities and development best practices

Integration, Workflow, and Reporting

  • Develop and support integrations using SymXchange and related APIs
  • Support reporting and data initiatives, including ARCU (Advanced Reporting for Credit Unions)
  • Use strong SQL skills to query, validate, analyze, and support ARCU reporting datasets
  • Assist with data extraction and movement across systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on Symitar PowerOn development experience is required
  • 3–6 years of Symitar PowerOn development experience, including program design, testing, implementation, and production support
  • Experience with ARCU (Advanced Reporting for Credit Unions) and SQL is required
  • Demonstrated ability to independently design and deliver solutions within the Symitar platform
  • Experience working in a credit union or financial services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into technical execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Workflow (EWF)
  • Experience with SymXchange integrations and APIs
  • Exposure to multiple environments, implementations, or client engagements
  • Strong communication skills in a client-facing environment
