About the role:

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. Site Reliability Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.

What you will do:

  • Operate and maintainproduction cloud infrastructurewith a strong focus onavailability, stability, and risk reduction.
  • Executeinfrastructure and configuration changesfollowing approved patterns, standards, and change processes.
  • SupportKubernetes-based production workloads, including deployments, scaling, and day-2 operations.
  • Monitor system health usingmetrics, logs, and alerts, and proactively identify reliability risks.
  • Participate inincident response, troubleshooting, and recovery activities for production systems.
  • Assist inroot cause analysisand implement preventive actions from post-incident reviews.
  • Implementautomation for operational tasks(runbooks, scripts, Terraform changes) to reduce manual effort.
  • Help enforcesecurity, compliance, and governance controlsrequired for a regulated banking environment.
  • Maintain and improverunbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with DevEx and application teams to ensureproduction readinessof services.

What you will need:

Must-Have

  • 3-5 yearsof experience inSRE / Infrastructure / Production Operationsroles.
  • Strong understanding ofLinux systemsand hands-on troubleshooting experience.
  • Solid understanding ofnetworking fundamentals(DNS, HTTPS, TCP/IP).
  • Hands-on experience withAWSin production environments.
  • Working knowledge ofKubernetesand containerized workloads.
  • Experience withmonitoring and alerting systems(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch).
  • Experience withTerraform and Gitfor infrastructure changes.
  • Ability to writeautomation scripts(Bash; Python/Go is a plus).

Good-to-Have

  • Exposure tohigh-availability and disaster recovery setups.
  • Experience withweb servers(nginx, Apache).
  • Basic knowledge ofdatabases(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Exposure tosecurity and compliance controlsin regulated environments.
