We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Digital Product Manager where you’ll own end-to-end product management across our digital channels—setting a clear product vision and outcomes, turning strategy into a practical roadmap, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver experiences customers trust and value. Using data, experimentation, and customer insight, you’ll continuously improve journeys, increase adoption, and strengthen the real-world outcomes customers achieve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product leadership: Define and communicate a clear, long-term product vision, outcomes and roadmap aligned to HSBC UK strategy, customer needs, and brand/channel standards.
- Continuous discovery: Lead discovery to refine priorities and de-risk delivery, working closely with design, engineering and risk to validate solutions early.
- Agile delivery: Guide cross-functional agile teams to deliver iteratively and consistently, focusing on customer value and measurable outcomes.
- Customer experience improvement: Drive continuous optimisation of digital journeys through insight-led enhancements and test-and-learn approaches.
- Stakeholder partnership: Collaborate across product, design, engineering, risk and wider business teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences end-to-end.
- Innovation and tooling: Identify practical new ways to solve customer problems, exploring emerging interaction models and advocating future-state tooling to keep platforms competitive and effective.

- Extensive track record of building and managing market-leading, consumer focused digital products, ideally within a complex, regulated and/or agile environment.
- Strong customer focus with ability to translate research and behavioural insights into seamless, simple digital journeys.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent judgement and prioritisation skills—able to simplify complexity, make sound decisions, and perform under pressure.
- Clear, persuasive communicator who can align diverse (often global) teams around a shared product vision and measurable outcomes.
- Confident managing a broad product portfolio, including experience coaching and developing product managers to a high-performance standard.
- A grounded, informed perspective on how emerging technologies (including AI) can be applied practically to enhance customer experiences.
