Team

You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising Puzzle game in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become.

Role

As a Product Manager for one of our Puzzle Studio, you will be at the heart of the game's evolution. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, artists, and product experts to design, test, and refine features that keep our players engaged and entertained.

  • Participate in the design and creation of engaging, challenging, and fun levels that maintain player interest and progression
  • Develop and iterate on game mechanics and features that enhance the core gameplay loop
  • Analyze player behavior, game metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with engineers and artists to bring level designs and features to life
  • Structure, run, and monitor A/B tests to validate design decisions and optimize player experience
  • Balance game difficulty curves to ensure appropriate challenge and retention across all levels
  • Stay up-to-date with the hybrid-casual and puzzle game market, analyzing competitor games and emerging trends
  • Test and playtest levels and features to ensure quality and enjoyment
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and strategic direction
  • Work iteratively, rapidly prototyping ideas and incorporating feedback from the team and data

Profile

  • 2+ years of professional experience in game design, product specialist, or similar role in the mobile gaming industry
  • Strong passion for mobile puzzle and hybrid-casual games, with a deep understanding of what makes them engaging and successful
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven design decisions
  • Understanding of player psychology and what drives engagement, retention, and satisfaction in puzzle games
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design ideas to cross-functional teams
  • Iterative mindset with the ability to rapidly test, learn, and improve designs based on feedback
  • Fluent in English
  • Bonus: Experience with Unity or game development tools, knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, experience shipping successful mobile games
