Are you a highly motivated Business Analyst / Product Owner fluent in German? EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our dynamic team. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from within the EU or from our offices in Athens or Thessaloniki. This role requires readiness to travel to client sites in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for workshops.

What You'll Do:

  • Being involved in business analysis and collaborating closely with client stakeholders and the development team;
  • Analyzing, refining, and documenting user and system requirements;
  • Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Leading workshops and decision-making process;
  • Perform software testing, user training, handling 3rd-level support requests, and maintaining documentation;
  • Participating in project management and reporting activities.
  • University Degree preferably in Computer science, scientific area, or economics;
  • Motivated, analytical, communicative, and result-oriented;
  • Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support and/or software development;
  • Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset;
  • Fluency in German (C1+).
