We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Product Manager to help shape Resy’s suite of B2B products that serve our restaurant and hospitality partners.
Our Venue products provide the tools that restaurants, wineries, and other hospitality businesses rely on to run their day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional hospitality. With Resy OS, venue operators can set up user permissions and service settings, manage reservations and tables, understand their guests, and access real-time data and insights to help them deliver the best hospitality to diners.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key area of the Venue Product experience. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders to deeply understand our customers, identify opportunities, and translate customer and business needs into products that deliver meaningful outcomes.
You will play a critical role in understanding venue workflows and evolving customer needs, evaluating opportunities, setting priorities, and guiding product development from discovery through launch and iteration. This role requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to balance customer value, technical complexity, and business priorities.
This position reports to a Director of Product Management within the Venue Product organization.

Responsibilities
- Owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key area of the Venue Product experience
- Developing a deep understanding of venue operators, their workflows, and evolving needs through customer conversations, research, analytics, and close partnership with customer-facing teams
- Identifying and prioritizing opportunities that improve operational efficiency, enhance hospitality experiences, and deliver meaningful value to our customers and business
- Leading product development from discovery through launch and iteration in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Data, and User Research
- Translating customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations into clear product requirements and priorities
- Defining success metrics and using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate performance, measure outcomes, and inform future investments
- Collaborating with partners across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to identify dependencies, align priorities, and drive execution
- Balancing customer impact, business value, technical complexity, and long-term scalability when making product and prioritization decisions
- Partnering with Risk, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure products meet applicable standards and requirements
- Contributing to product excellence by sharing best practices, improving team processes, and strengthening product thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering customer-facing, platform, or operational products
- Experience owning product strategy and execution from discovery through launch and iteration
- Analytical and methodical thinker with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform product priorities and translate insights into actionable requirements
- Strong product judgment and demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and risk
- Grasp of technical concepts and comfort working closely with engineers on APIs, integrations, platforms, or complex systems
- Grasp of user experience and user research concepts and comfort working closely with designers and UX researchers
- Collaborative and inclusive approach that values diverse perspectives and helps uncover and address questions and assumptions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes across diverse audiences
- Strong time management, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
- Takes an ethical approach to product strategy and understands how to assess and navigate risk
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building B2B SaaS, marketplace, hospitality technology, or operational workflow products
- Familiarity with reservation systems, CRM platforms, hospitality operations, or venue management workflows
- Experience leveraging AI-powered capabilities, automation, or data-driven product experiences
- Experience building customer-facing operational tools that support business users at scale
