Project Manager II
Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware.

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management in water / wastewater industry
- Strong understanding of I&C systems and control technologies used in water / wastewater treatment facilities
- Advanced understanding of instrumentation and controls in water / wastewater
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, approachability in demeanor, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities, including managing challenging or complex interactions
- Comfortable reading and understanding engineering and construction drawings, and standard specifications
- Knowledge in using AutoCAD electrical and libraries
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, and show close attention to detail
- Ability to work with strict and competing deadlines on an ongoing basis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of projects
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation
- Cultivate positive working relationships with our clients and team members
- Manage client relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Oversee project performance, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, contractors and vendors
- Identify project risks and work on mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present reports on project status, issues and solutions to project leads, management, and clients
- Ensure all work adheres to regulatory and safety standards
- Create scope of work details and prepare pricing for proposals and change orders
- Review control panel calculations, drawings, I/O list, Submittals and O & M Manuals and provide feedback to I & C Designers
- Review PLC wiring diagrams including motor control circuits
- Provide support to on-site technicians and programmers
