Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of all consumer card products, including development, launch, and ongoing management.
- Define and implement product strategies to drive growth, engagement, and profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Own the P&L for all consumer card products, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor product performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance the value proposition of Bask Bank
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure successful collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that product & partnership offerings meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Implement feedback loops and customer insights to continuously improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing consumer card products and driving profitability.
- Experience in managing strategic partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- MBA preferred, with a focus on business, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of digital banking trends and consumer behavior.
