Construction Project Manager
Position Summary
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company quality standards. The Project Manager works closely with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of construction project management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-end residential and commercial construction projects simultaneously.
Our project management platform is Procore, and familiarity with it is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the onsite Superintendent to manage daily construction activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Direct and manage subcontractors and trade partners to ensure work is completed according to schedule, budget, and project specifications.
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards and all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and construction documentation with internal project engineers.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
- Review and approve subcontractor progress invoices through Procore.
- Coordinate with the project accountant regarding subcontractor payment and project billing.
- Monitor budgets, manage change orders, and identify cost control opportunities.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve issues related to scheduling conflicts, subcontractor performance, and project changes
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Lead project coordination meetings with internal teams, architects, and client representatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction disciplines including:• Structural
- Architectural
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
- Gate Systems
- Project Art Sculptures
- Special Custom Projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings and project submittals.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a design-build construction environment.
- Proficiency with project management software Procore

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Salary based on experience.
Salary Range 80K to 110K.
Must pass a Drug Screen and a Background Check. Must have references.
