Full description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct gap analysis, business process mapping, and impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process flow diagrams.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Define KPIs and monitor business performance against organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and workshops.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating business requirements.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend strategies to improve operational performance.
  • Manage changes in business requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
