Since our founding in 2017, we have been at the forefront of designing cutting-edge networking, telecommunications, and consumer products, while driving end-to-end project execution and creating transformative technology applications.

Overview

As a Network Engineer in the technology sector, you will champion the design, deployment, and management of robust, enterprise-scale network infrastructures. Your expertise will ensure secure, high-performance, and scalable network solutions for diverse business environments, driving uptime and innovation while serving as a technical leader among peers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, deploy, and maintain advanced network infrastructures, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Lead collaboration with other network engineers and customers to develop effective network solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
  • Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and VPNs across multi-vendor environments (including Juniper, Arista, and Cisco).
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex network issues; identify root causes impacting service reliability and implement permanent solutions.
  • Partner with network operations to enhance alerting, monitoring, and incident response processes, minimizing outages and optimizing uptime.
  • Implement and validate networking services according to detailed solution designs and customer specifications.
  • Drive network upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization initiatives, including tuning for low-latency or high-throughput requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, including detailed network diagrams, configuration records, and procedural guides.
  • Analyze and report key performance metrics for network services, proactively recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and cloud teams to ensure seamless network integrations and support modern infrastructure initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in network engineering or network operations in large-scale enterprise or service provider environments.
  • At least one active network certification: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of core network protocols (OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VRRP, LACP, MC-LAG, EVPN with VXLAN).
  • Deep understanding of both IPv4 and IPv6 network design and implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco solutions (routers, switches, ASA/Firepower firewalls, wireless controllers).
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux environments with scripting ability in Python and bash for automation and diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostics tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, NetFlow, etc.).
  • Experience in SD-WAN deployment, network segmentation, and high-availability network architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience performing network security assessments and implementing advanced network security measures.
  • Hands-on knowledge of advanced network virtualization technologies (e.g., VXLAN, VRF, network overlays).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (such as Ansible, Python libraries, or similar) for streamlined network orchestration.
  • Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) network environments and ultra-low-latency tuning.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud networking, hybrid architectures, and integrating on-premises networks with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
