Overview: Garud is seeking a Data Analyst to support FEMA by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to help inform acquisition and program decisions. This role contributes to improved reporting, process visibility, and operational effectiveness across the team.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze and prepare data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Enter and validate data in prescribed formats and systems.
  • Prepare flowcharts, specifications, reports, and recommendations.
  • Support tracking, cleansing, and visualization of acquisition-related data.
  • Assist management with data-informed process improvement efforts.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of data analysis, reporting, or business support experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with data formats, reports, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to support quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Experience generating reports and supporting data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with workflow mapping and data validation.
  • Ability to recommend solutions based on data findings.
