Position: AI Solutions Analyst– Business Transformation

Summary Bridge between business and IT, who also builds and deploys AI assistants and copilots end-to-end, from requirements to adoption.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements, identify process improvements and AI use cases with business stakeholders.

Design, build and deploy copilots, chatbots and GenAI apps (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Claude).

Build RAG solutions on enterprise knowledge sources.

Integrate assistants with Teams, M365, SharePoint, SAP, ServiceNow or Jira.

Optimise prompts and workflows, monitor quality, apply Responsible AI practices.

Support PoCs, rollout, user adoption and continuous improvement.

Must have

3–5 years in business analysis, digital solutions or AI delivery.

1–2 years hands-on with GenAI / LLM applications.

At least 2 AI bots or copilots delivered to production by yourself.

Practical RAG experience (vector search, enterprise data).

Cloud exposure (Azure preferred) and good Python or low-code skills.

Strong stakeholder communication in English.

Experience with LangChain, Claude Code or Azure AI Foundry.

Knowledge of SAP or ServiceNow integration.

Basic ML or MLOps/CI/CD understanding.

Operations or manufacturing domain knowledge.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT or a related field.
