Description
Eagle Contracting is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of wastewater treatment plant projects throughout the DFW area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field coordination while ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in wastewater, heavy civil, or infrastructure construction and a strong desire to grow within a stable and expanding organization.

Essential Job Functions
- Manage wastewater treatment plant construction projects from startup through closeout
- Coordinate project activities to ensure successful project execution
- Track project progress and support schedule development and maintenance
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance
- Coordinate and communicate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Assist in resolving jobsite challenges and project issues in a timely manner
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and administrative requirements
- Support procurement and material management activities
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and contract requirements
- Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with owners, engineers, and project partners
- Review subcontractor performance and support project schedule adherence
- Assist with project forecasting, planning, and risk management strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Experience with wastewater treatment plants, water infrastructure, or heavy civil construction preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors, owners, and consultants
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
