Join the Huey Magoo’s Team as our Financial Analyst!

The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and reporting functions; delivering financial and operational insights that drive decision-making across departments and helping build out the FP&A and Accounting department.

As the Financial Analyst, some responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain forecasting and budgeting models throughout the fiscal year.
  • Prepare weekly and ad hoc reports (financial and non-financial) for leadership and department stakeholders.
  • Create and manage controls to track new and existing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly reports.
  • Produce value and performance reports for various departments.
  • Price new menu items and track product mix.
  • Provide store-level payroll support.
  • Measure and report on the ROI of marketing incentives.
  • Prepare and analyze labor reports.
  • Assist with the monthly close process.
  • Support new projects to build out and improve the FP&A and Accounting department.
  • Other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
  • Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
