Salary range: Rs 2200000 - Rs 2800000 (ie IN 22-28 LPA)

The Senior Business Analyst role is one of the most crucial roles in any organization. This role offers taking initiative, dealing with challenging problems, building data science models, finding insights from existing data to drive executive strategy, by presenting it through the power of data visualization.

What you will do:

  • You’ll work with large, complex data sets to solve high-impact business problems, which will have a direct impact on the growth of the company.
  • You easily automate Analytics Dashboards, through an understanding of data structures, SQL and no SQL dbs
  • Solving these problems will involve data mining, experimentation, statistical analysis, and related techniques, and machine learning using tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel etc.
  • You’ll be involved in multiple cycles of data analysis – forming an initial hypothesis, extracting, analyzing, dissecting that data as per the hypothesis, presenting the insights in a crisp actionable manner, and then keep reiterating the whole process till you reach the conclusion
  • Your role would require building data science models using the latest methodologies
  • You’ll also be responsible for fixing data issues in coordination with data engineering team and conducting root cause analysis.
  • You’ll work with multiple stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Operations, and CX teams

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics or related discipline
  • 3+ yrs. Experience in data analytics or data sciences, preferably for a product-oriented company
  • Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience on data manipulation tools like SQL, R, Python, Excel, etc.
  • Exposure to visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
