Early Careers Attraction Project Manager The Opportunity The Early Careers Attraction Project Manager will serve as the central coordinator for EY's project manager led school strategy, leading the execution of campus strategy plans and ensuring alignment across recruiting teams, alumni stakeholders, and campus partners. This role will virtually manage and support stakeholder teams responsible for university engagement efforts, ensuring they have the resources, tools, materials, communications, and guidance needed to effectively support stakeholders and maintain strong campus relationships. The individual will oversee campus strategy, communications, governance processes, event and engagement requests, budget tracking, and reporting. Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and remotely support university engagement activities by partnering with University Relationship Leaders (URLs), client-serving professionals, alumni, and recruiting stakeholders to execute targeted campus initiatives.
- Support necessary event planning, logistics, outreach, communications, and operational coordination to ensure successful execution of campus engagement efforts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, materials, guidance, and information to effectively support university relationships and recruiting activities.
- Manage engagement requests and help align campus activities with talent priorities, local market needs, skills-based hiring objectives, and high-potential candidate development strategies.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to tailor engagement approaches based on university priorities, stakeholder objectives, and evolving talent attraction needs.
- Track project milestones, stakeholder commitments, and engagement outcomes while providing regular updates, reporting, and recommendations to leadership.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Prior experience in recruiting, talent operations, or stakeholder-facing roles
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting priorities and shifting focus as business needs and firm objectives change.
- Experience working with recruiting systems, CRM tools, or candidate tracking platforms
- Strong teaming and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results across diverse stakeholder groups in a highly matrixed environment.

- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement at senior levels (e.g., PPMDD, client leaders)
- Experience in process improvement, operations, or workflow optimization
