👐 About the team
The Integrations squad is part of Alma’s Merchant Tribe and owns the API, SDK, CMS, PSP and custom integration ecosystem. The role reports to Khadija, the Group Product Manager and collaborates with Revenue, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, Engineering, Product Design, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations and other product squads.
This is a permanent position (CDI) based in Paris, with an ASAP target start date.
💼 About the job
- Set and drive the Integrations and Partnerships product strategy, turning Alma’s APIs, SDKs, CMS, PSP and custom integrations into a scalable growth platform.
- Prioritise and deliver a roadmap around merchant and partner outcomes, balancing transaction growth, integration speed, technical quality, enterprise requirements and reusable capabilities.
- Lead discovery and end-to-end delivery of complex API, SDK and platform features, managing technical constraints, backward compatibility and developer experience.
- Build strong product relationships with partners, support functional and technical discussions, and measure impact through adoption, time to integration, time to first payment, API reliability, authentication quality, version compatibility and platform coverage.

🧩 About you
To succeed in this job
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including significant ownership of API products, developer tools or integration platforms.
- Experience working on products involving API integrations, collaborating with technical teams to define and deliver integrations between different systems and services.
- Understanding of API design and integration principles, including REST or GraphQL, webhooks and authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys.
- Strong business mindset, analytical skills and communication abilities, with the drive to align technical and commercial stakeholders and move complex initiatives forward.
And it will be nice if you also
- Have experience working with payment service providers or orchestrators such as Stripe or Adyen.
- Have worked with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces or SaaS integration products.
- Have experience in partnerships, or as an Engineer or Solutions Engineer working on API products.
- Have experience with payment APIs, fintech integrations or complex payment ecosystems involving merchants, partners and PSPs.
