Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Semiconductor Test Technology, Manufacturing, and Innovation? Join Infineon as a Senior Project Manager, Test Technology & Innovation and play a key role in driving strategic technology initiatives that shape the future of semiconductor testing and manufacturing excellence.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end Test Technology & Innovation projects, from concept development to production readiness, while managing cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, IT, and Quality. You will champion new test technologies, automation, digitalization, and productivity improvements, ensuring successful delivery of the Infineon Test Roadmap and manufacturing site projects.
Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Lead end-to-end Test
Technology & Innovation projects from concept through implementation and production readiness, ensuring successful delivery of strategic roadmap initiatives and manufacturing site projects.
- Manage project scope,
deliverables, schedules, milestones, budgets, investments, resources, headcount planning, and operational expenditures while adhering to established project management methodologies and governance standards.
- Drive execution of Infineon
Test Roadmap projects and manufacturing test cell initiatives, ensuring milestones, objectives, and business outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
- Champion the
development and deployment of new test technologies, aligning project execution with long-term technology roadmaps and business strategies.
- Support initiatives in
automation, digitalization, productivity enhancement, and manufacturing excellence, enabling operational efficiency and innovation.
- Partner with technical
experts, engineering teams, and subject matter specialists to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex technical and operational challenges.
- Collaborate
effectively with Business Divisions, Operations, R&D, IT, Quality, and Manufacturing Sites, serving as a trusted partner and ensuring alignment across functions and locations.
- Manage relationships
with external partners, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and material vendors, ensuring quality delivery, project success, and stakeholder satisfaction through transparent communication.
Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's
Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of
relevant industry experience, preferably within the Semiconductor Industry.
- Min 4 years of
experience leading complex cross-functional projects in an international or global environment.
- Hands-on experience in
Semiconductor Test Technology, manufacturing, automation, or engineering projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding
of Semiconductor Packaging, Assembly Manufacturing, Final Test Operations, Product Qualification & Release, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Proficient in project
management methodologies, tools, governance frameworks, with IPMA, PMP, or equivalent certifications considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability
to drive project leadership, stakeholder engagement, influence, and collaboration across global and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication,
presentation, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach in fast-paced environments.
