About the Role

PicCollage helps millions of people celebrate memories and create something meaningful to share with friends and family. Through flexible layouts, templates, stickers, text, and AI-powered editing tools, we make creativity approachable while giving users room to personalize their work.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join us on a 1-year contract and focus on growth and monetization in the PicCollage app, from problem framing through launch and learning. This is a hands-on role working closely with designers, engineers, researchers, and PMs to build context quickly and ship meaningful improvements.

You'll use experiments, analytics, and qualitative research to guide product decisions. You'll define success metrics and instrumentation up front, then combine quantitative results with user feedback and product judgment to recommend whether to launch, iterate, investigate further, or stop. At PicCollage, experiment results are an input—not an automatic decision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own growth and monetization opportunities in the PicCollage app, from problem definition through launch and measurement.
  • Use analytics, experiments, user research, and support feedback to understand user behavior and recommend next steps, including to launch, iterate, investigate further or stop.
  • Turn insights into prioritized work, then partner with designers and engineers to ship and iterate.
  • Communicate progress, learnings, and decisions clearly across the company.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of product management experience building consumer products (ideally mobile).
  • Experience analyzing user funnels to generate insights, and strong product judgment to synthesize quantitative data and qualitative feedback, especially when signals conflict.
  • Strong analytical skill: define success metrics, build funnels/cohorts, and interpret A/B test results using tools like Amplitude, BigQuery, or equivalents.
  • Hands-on experience leading a cross-functional team to drive project execution.
  • Working knowledge of iOS platform, App Store review guidelines and subscription metrics.
  • Product sense and UI/UX instincts, with a track record of effective partnership with design and engineering.
  • Clear communication in English, both written and spoken.
  • Genuine interest in building products that help people create and share meaningful, sentimental moments.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Set up and run experiments with Firebase Remote Config or a similar feature experimentation tool.
  • Background in photo, video, or other creative consumer apps.
