PROCUREMENT & PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a Procurement & Project Manager who shares our passion for excellence and is committed to delivering exceptional results through strategic procurement, effective project execution, and strong business partnerships.
As a member of the Engineering team, you will lead procurement activities and oversee capital, engineering, and FF&E projects across the Resort, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead capital, engineering, and FF&E projects from planning and vendor selection through installation and project completion.
- Manage procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, contract administration, and vendor negotiations.
- Develop sourcing strategies and lead competitive bidding and RFP processes to secure best value for the Resort.
- Evaluate vendor and contractor proposals, including pricing, scope, qualifications, warranties, and overall value.
- Negotiate favorable pricing, service agreements, lead times, and contract terms with suppliers and contractors.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, commitments, and change orders while ensuring financial accountability.
- Collaborate with Department Heads, Resort Leadership, Home Office partners, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in the development of annual capital budgets and long-range capital planning initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance, maintain vendor records, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval requirements.
- Analyze spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate contractor activities, site logistics, inspections, testing, and commissioning while minimizing disruption to guests and operations.
- Maintain Four Seasons standards for quality, safety, and professionalism across all projects and vendor relationships.
WHAT TO BRING
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- 3-5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, capital projects, construction, hospitality engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong procurement and vendor management expertise, including contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting costs, and identifying savings opportunities.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience reviewing project plans, specifications, contracts, and vendor proposals preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
