As an Experienced Project Manager, you'll take ownership of complex projects from planning through delivery while collaborating with multidisciplinary experts and senior leaders. Your Impact

  • Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Deliver successful project outcomes by managing scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, and change management activities.
  • Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication strategies that support effective decision-making.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and partners to achieve project objectives while maintaining strong collaboration.
  • Build trusted client relationships by serving as a key point of contact and providing proactive, transparent communication throughout project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, resourcing, and health and safety to support successful outcomes.
  • Support business growth through proposal development, project scoping, estimating, and participation in pursuit activities.
  • Champion a culture of safety, ethics, quality, and continuous improvement across all project and team activities.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management within consulting, engineering, environmental, or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, project controls, and performance reporting.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating effectively with technical specialists and project stakeholders.
  • PMP certification, or progress toward certification, is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Oracle, or comparable project delivery systems.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders and project teams.
  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to health, safety, quality, and ethical project delivery.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 – $138,000 MB & ON: $95,000 – $130,800 NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 – $124,900
