Job Description

Skills and Experience:

• 16+ years of experience in software engineering, technology leadership, architecture,

platform engineering, or engineering management roles.

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering organizations within Banking,

Commercial Banking, Financial Services domains.

• Demonstrated experience managing engineering organizations supporting 150+ technology

professionals across multiple applications and platforms.

• Strong experience driving platform modernization, cloud transformation, engineering

excellence, and large-scale quality improvement programs.

• Proven experience building and scaling platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, quality

engineering, and architecture governance functions.

• Experience leading technology transformation initiatives involving modernization, cloud

adoption, automation, AI-assisted engineering, and engineering productivity improvements. Technical & Leadership Competencies

• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices including Platform

Engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, Architecture Governance, and Quality Engineering.

• Demonstrated success in reducing technical debt, improving engineering productivity, and

driving measurable quality outcomes.

• Strong understanding of AI-enabled software development lifecycle and emerging

engineering practices.

• Ability to influence senior technology executives and drive engineering transformation

across complex organizations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict

resolution skills.

• Proven ability to lead organizational change and establish a culture of engineering

ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a Software discipline.
