Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of ERP system projects — from requirements gathering through configuration, integration, and release — for the FinLegal department.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA engineers, analysts, and consultants) and control delivery across the full project lifecycle.
- Gather and elaborate business requirements, produce project documentation and technical specifications, and set clear tasks for development teams.
- Actively communicate with adjacent teams and stakeholders (finance, legal, and business owners), managing expectations and keeping delivery predictable.
- Run risk assessment, scoping, estimation, and release planning; set up progress tracking and early-warning signals to flag at-risk deliverables before deadlines.
- Analyze project launch results and identify ways to optimize current business processes and workflows.
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager, ideally with enterprise/ERP systems.
- Understanding of the IT project lifecycle and enterprise software delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence).
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong requirement-documentation and stakeholder-communication skills, with both clients and internal leadership.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
