UX Designer

Your Profile (Mandatory Requirements)

• A minimum of five years’ experience designing complex digital products as a UX Designer.

A strong professional background in complex products for enterprise use, retail or space planning.

Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Framer and Miro, alongside skills in information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and design systems.

A strong command of user-centred design, with the ability to work confidently from discovery and mapping user journeys through to interaction design, prototyping and usability testing.

It is considered meritorious if you have experience with workflows involving extensive data, spatial information or 3D functionality.

How Our Recruitment Process Works

At Deploja, we currently operate an assignment-based recruitment model. We receive a large number of applications from experienced IT consultants and therefore use an efficient, digital process to quickly match the right skills with the right client assignments.

If we consider your profile relevant to our current or upcoming assignments, we may invite you to take the next step by sending you a Cooperation Agreement and a Commission-Based Employment Agreement for digital signing.

Here's How It Works:

• Application and Selection: We review your profile and assess which types of consulting assignments may be relevant to your skills and experience.

• Digital Signing: If your profile is considered relevant, you will have the opportunity to sign our cooperation and employment terms digitally via Oneflow.

• Access to Our Consultant Platform: Once the agreements have been signed, you will gain access to our platform, where you can complete your profile, specify your availability, browse relevant consulting assignments, and express interest in opportunities that appeal to you.

• Matching and Client Engagement: We actively work to match and present your profile to clients whose needs align with your skills, experience, and expectations.

• Employment Upon Assignment Start: Once we have mutually agreed on a suitable client assignment and the assignment has been confirmed, your employment will commence in accordance with the agreed employment terms.

Your Salary – Your Expectations

In our consultant platform, you specify your own salary expectations. We use these as a starting point when selecting which assignments to pursue and when calculating potential compensation levels.

Our compensation model allocates the majority of invoiced revenue to your total compensation budget, including salary, pension contributions, and associated employer costs.

We aim to match you only with assignments where the compensation aligns with your stated expectations.

Important to Know: Signing the agreements does not mean that you are immediately employed or guaranteed an assignment. Your employment will only commence once the conditions specified in your employment agreement have been met and you begin an agreed client assignment.
