About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Engineer to join our Business Transformation team.

This role is focused on helping business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Corporate Services transform ideas, manual processes, and proof-of-concepts into secure, scalable, and supportable production solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, develop practical technology solutions, integrate SaaS platforms, and continuously enhance the systems that support the business. You will also contribute to strategic transformation initiatives, including our CRM transformation programme and AI-enabled business solutions.

Unlike traditional software engineering roles, ownership does not end when a solution is deployed. We believe in a "you build it, you own it" culture where engineers are responsible for the long-term success of the applications and platforms they create.

Key Responsibilities

Business Solution Development

• Work directly with business users to understand challenges and identify opportunities for automation and digitisation.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and automation solutions.
• Transform prototypes and proof-of-concepts into production-ready solutions that can scale across the organisation.
• Build integrations between enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, APIs, and data sources.

Digital Transformation

• Support enterprise transformation initiatives, including CRM modernisation and customer experience platforms.
• Contribute to AI, automation, workflow, and process optimisation projects.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify and improve business operations through technology.

Platform Ownership

• Administer and support SaaS platforms used across the organisation.
• Manage platform configurations, user access, data quality, integrations, and operational support.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure solutions remain reliable, secure, maintainable, and fit for purpose.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor solution performance and user adoption.
• Gather feedback and implement enhancements.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.

You may be a fresh graduate, diploma holder, self-taught developer, career switcher, or someone with unconventional experience. What matters is your ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and take ownership.

Technical Exposure (Advantageous but Not Required)

• Coding on VS Code, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex

• SaaS administration
• ERP and CRM platforms
• Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
• Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
