Requirements

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Triage's incoming RFQ's and determines appropriate ownership
  • Reviews RFQ's and identifies any missing information.  Works through Principal AE to request missing information, clarify quote request, etc.
  • Executes costing using CCP tool.
  • Engages with R&D to develop costs for development programs
  • Obtains buy-in from Operations and R&D as needed.
  • Engages with Commercial and Marketing team to develop CPT model.
  • Develops PVT financial model and determines level of approval required.
  • Obtains site approval for quotes.
  • Engages with Commercial Team to develop OPP Opportunity Summary for purposes of obtaining approval on higher level quotes.
  • Prepares and delivers proposals in partnership with Commercial Team.
  • Insures on-time delivery of all quotations.
  • Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education: bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred
  • Minimum Experience:  2-5 years’ experience preferred in a technical environment with minimum 2 years in the medical device industry.

Knowledge & Skills:

Special Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple, significant activities and respond to changing priorities with minimum disruption.
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings, models, and schematics and effectively communicate technical material.
  • Proficient computer skills, outlook, excel, project, word, and PowerPoint, CAD and Design programs a plus.
  • Ability to partner with cross functional organizations to successfully drive the business.

Other: minimal travel required

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
