Full description

At Apple, we believe our most important resource is our people. We're looking for a skilled Product Manager to help shape the future of the technology that brings extraordinary people to Apple. This role will partner with business and engineering teams to design, build, and continuously improve tools that power how we attract, evaluate, and hire talent.

Description

The ideal candidate brings a mix of product management expertise, recruiting technology domain knowledge, and strong cross-functional influence. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, recruiting operations, and compliance to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions for the China market, while contributing to and shaping the global recruiting technology roadmap as a member of a global team.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of HR technology product management or related experience, including hands-on delivery with engineering teams. English, Mandarin fluency. Other language fluency a plus but not required. Experience in an in-house recruiting product or process role designing and implementing cross-system recruiting processes from design through delivery, including ongoing support and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to contribute local expertise to shared global roadmap decisions rather than operating in a regional silo. Strong ability to operate at multiple levels simultaneously, from defining long-term strategy to driving day-to-day execution details. Track record of driving clarity and momentum in ambiguous situations, enabling quick, informed, data-centric tradeoff decisions. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build consensus, and foster trust with stakeholders at every level, from executives to recruiters to engineers, operating with increasing independence as scope and ambiguity grow. Excellent communication and presentation skills with varied stakeholders (executives, recruiters, hiring managers, engineering, operations, legal, privacy, etc.), including the ability to engage external vendors when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience supporting talent acquisition in Mainland China, including familiarity with local hiring practices, labor regulations, and candidate expectations. Working knowledge of China data localization requirements as applied to HR/recruiting systems. Strong analytical skills and ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking. Working experience in Agile development methodology.
