We are a dynamic and innovative tech company, rapidly growing with an unparalleled global customer base headquartered in London with offices in Shanghai and Thessaloniki, Greece.
The Role:
The Senior Product Manager will assist with the delivery of our suite of products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the travel technology sector and experience of working in a dynamic, commercial business and possess a passion for delivering forward-thinking products that address the unique needs of our customers. You will own the entire product lifecycle from ideation and strategy to launch and iteration with a key focus on driving innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing and customer support, to deliver seamless, scalable, innovative products and solutions. Role reports to the Chief Product Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy, Innovation & Roadmap:
- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap across multiple features and customers.
- Understand and own the roadmap, refine objectives, identify trends and opportunities to innovate, create new ideas and/or improve existing solutions to elevate the company portfolio of products.
- Foster an open culture allowing for increased creativity and experimentation within the product team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to solve blockers and complex challenges.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client feedback assessments to uncover opportunities for breakthrough product features and enhancements.
- Align the innovative product vision with business goals, ensuring continuous stakeholder engagement.
2. Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the entire product development process, from concept to launch and post-launch optimisation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritise innovative features, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that help push industry boundaries.
- Lead product iterations based on customer feedback, market changes, emerging technologies and business needs.
- Prototype and validate new product concepts and features to ensure that innovation efforts are both practical and valuable.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. commercial team to ensure the adoption and success of new and innovative product features.
- Communicate product updates, releases and innovative enhancements to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Data-driven Decision Making:
- Use data and analytics to drive product decisions, monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of innovative solutions on customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenue growth.
5. Customer First Focus & Innovative Problem Solving:
- Engage directly with business suppliers to understand their pain points and uncover opportunities for creative, innovative solutions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer in product discussion and communicate customer feedback to engineering teams.
- Regularly explore new methods, technologies and partnerships to push the envelope in solving complex industry problems.
6. Industry Engagement:
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and initiatives and also attend conferences and seminars in the UK and abroad e.g IATA and travel markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the travel technology sector.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Great problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven and innovative decisions.
