Senior System Analyst

NN started its operations in Hungary in 1991 under the name Nationale-Nederlanden. In just 6 years, we became market leaders and continue to be a key player in the Hungarian life insurance market. NN Insurance Hungary is expanding its Data & AI capabilities and looking for a talented professional to join NN Hungary’s team as a Senior System Analyst.

In this position, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business analysts, Solution Architects, IT developers and Product Owners, and will have the opportunity to participate in end-to-end development cycles from business requirements development to user testing.

 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluation of business needs and requirements, solution proposals;
• Preparation and evaluation of functional & non functional system requirements and technical specifications;
• Create low level design for IT solutions;
• Planning of databases and design data/screen-flows;
• Preparation of interface specifications, REST, SoAP, API definitions;
• Identification of problems and requirements of users and customers, preparation of proposals for solutions;
• Participation in verification and solution testing (unit- / component and non-functional requirements);

 

What matters to us:

• University/College degree preferably in business/IT;
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in business/IT;
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and solutions, with confidence in using them in daily work;
• Good command of English knowledge;
• Analytical mindset, systems thinking;
• System analyst experience (Techinical  specification writing, database design experience);
• Relational database model knowledge, SQL user level;
• Experience in development, program design, system administration;
• Good communication, problem solving skills, proactivity, openness to continuous learning;
