Product Manager - Topps Trading Card, China

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Development team. The Product Manager, Topps Trading Cards will report directly to the Director of Product, Topps Trading Cards and support a portfolio of trading card brands across Sports and Entertainment with a specific focus on speed-to-market and new IP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of trading card products across sports and entertainment IP with an emphasis on speed to market and new IP.

• Capitalize on moments in real time by managing the development of print on demand collectibles.

• Manage a healthy P&L for large volume of brands and product releases.

• Proficiency creating and presenting to leadership and cross-functional teams a variety of presentations, including Product Descriptions and Sales Reports.

• Manage P&L for product releases across portfolio.

• Work across departments to ensure timeliness and quality of product deliverables to ensure best in market product is released.

• Collaborate with other Product Managers, Design, Operations, Marketing, Project Management, and Customer Service. Manage, collaborate with, and delegate tasks to Associate Product Manager.

• Capitalize and conceptualize new product opportunities based on market trends and patterns.

• Participate in the go-to-market strategy to support product adoption and development

• Act as a brand guardian and make sure all marketing deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and Fanatics Collectibles standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• 3-5+ years of experience in product development or related field.

• Enthusiasm and genuine excitement for big moments in sports, pop culture, trading cards, and collectibles.

• Expert-level knowledge of the Collectibles hobby and broad sports/entertainment IP.

• Strong analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong business & financial acumen

• Strong organizational & project management skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize and remain flexible in high pressure situations.

• Strong command of data and ability to use data to inform strategies and tell a strong narrative.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint
