To strengthen our Quality department, we are seeking a Quality Specialist to oversee operational internal and external quality processes. Reporting to the Quality Director, you will be responsible for managing customer and supplier complaints, as well as handling quality questionnaires and product specifications, on a full-time basis (5 days a week, onsite in Saint-Ouen l’Aumône (Val d’Oise).

What you'll do:

  • Manage, analyze, and process customer and supplier complaints
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure their effectiveness
  • Lead internal investigations, analyze data, and propose areas for improvement
  • Respond to customer quality questionnaires and assist in updating product specifications and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, supply chain, R&D, sales) to ensure product compliance
  • Provide regular reports to the Quality Director
  • Lead investigations into out-of-specification analysis results

What you'll bring:

  • Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5 level) in Quality, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • Prior experience in complaint management or Quality (including work-study programs) is an asset
  • Meticulousness, analytical skills, and a strong customer service mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 5W1H, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
