At Resideo, we’re building the next generation of intelligent water leak detection—and we’re looking for an NPI Project Manager to oversee the development of connected products that leverage wireless communication, advanced algorithms and adaptive learning technologies.
In this global role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to define design objectives, prioritise workstreams, and drive outstanding program performance across high-value, business-critical projects.
We’re seeking someone with proven NPI project leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. You'll be tasked with developing robust project plans and guiding multi-disciplined engineering teams through successful product launches.

JOB DUTIES:
- Direct and manage project execution following Resideo execution model from conception through to release. Leading cross-functional project teams, within a matrix environment, ensuring that the project goals, metrics, and objectives are met
- Develop end-to-end project plans and associated project deliverables required for the successful project execution
- Track project milestones and deliverables against the approved baseline
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Communicate project status at all levels within the organisation
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Identify and manage project risks and assist in the creation of mitigation and contingency plans
- Ensure that the corporate project tracking tool is kept up to date
- Manage and maintain project resource plan
- Leverage project metrics to improve project execution
- Help drive the sharing of best practices across the project management team
- Direct and drive continuous improvement in the efficiency of NPI by identifying and recommending new approaches, policies and standard operating procedures
YOU MUST HAVE:
- NPI project management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplined teams of engineers, including software engineers
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Flexible with working hours and willing to join occasional evening calls to collaborate with global colleagues.
- Fluency in English

- Experience collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams across global locations
- Familiarity with Agile and / or SAFe methodologies and practices
- Exposure to PMO environments and processes
- Ability to coach, motivate, and influence teams beyond direct reporting lines
- Creative thinking and a passion for driving innovation
- Fluency in Czech
