Our products help organizations in more than 70 countries streamline their IT operations, improve productivity, and deliver outstanding service experiences.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. This team plays a key role in the evolution of our solutions, leading discovery processes, defining functionality, and managing the entire lifecycle of new features. The role leverages AI as an accelerator while ensuring alignment with our product strategy and roadmap.
Core responsibilities
- Lead features from problem identification through launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Understand the needs of customers, users, and stakeholders, translating them into product opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering and Design/UX teams to define and deliver solutions in an agile manner.
- Use AI to conduct research, analyze information, build prototypes, and accelerate workflows.
- Prioritize initiatives based on their impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
- Define metrics to assess the quality and impact of features.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Manager across the different stages of the product lifecycle.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams.
- Demonstrated and regular use of artificial intelligence tools.
- A hands-on, autonomous profile focused on launching and iterating solutions.
- Ability to combine technical understanding with strong business judgment.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Highly valued
- Experience with B2B or SaaS products.
- Experience with AI-first products, chatbots, virtual agents, conversational platforms, or LLMs.
- Familiarity with technical tools for research or prototyping, such as terminals, APIs, or low-code/no-code platforms.
