PLAYERSBEST is an affiliate and performance marketing company operating across multiple digital verticals and markets. We manage a growing portfolio of websites and digital assets, with WordPress playing an important role across our operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a WordPress Operations & Support Specialist with strong practical WordPress knowledge to support our Product Owners, editors and other internal teams.

This is not a developer role. You will help with WordPress troubleshooting, website configuration and more advanced operational tasks where attention to detail and a good understanding of WordPress are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide internal support and guidance on WordPress features, solutions and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot WordPress setup and configuration issues.
  • Execute tasks such as batch URL changes, link updates and other large-scale website changes.
  • Configure WordPress sites, plugins and settings according to requirements.
  • Set up new websites and demo environments.
  • Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and execute tasks accurately.
  • Identify errors or issues and escalate more technical problems when needed.

About You

  • Strong hands-on WordPress experience and understanding of how WordPress sites work.
  • No development experience required, but technical understanding is important.
  • Highly detail-oriented and conscientious when making website changes.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Experience with plugins, site configuration, migrations or URL management is a plus.
