Full description
CodeValue is seeking a senior consultant to join a professional team delivering complex technology projects for a leading client in the aviation and national infrastructure sector.
The role combines technology project management, systems engineering, requirements analysis, and solution definition throughout the entire project lifecycle — from initial needs assessment and requirements definition through solution implementation, testing, deployment, and handover.
This is an opportunity to work in a challenging, multidisciplinary environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and have a direct impact on the development of solutions and the successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technology projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Analyze business and operational needs, define system requirements, and develop practical solutions.
- Lead professional processes and coordinate with client stakeholders and multiple organizational interfaces.
- Prepare high-quality technical, professional, and management deliverables, including requirements documents, specifications, work plans, roadmaps, evaluation documents, and meeting summaries.
- Support procurement, implementation, integration, testing, and acceptance processes.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize activities, and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
- Research technologies, industry solutions, and emerging trends to develop relevant professional recommendations.
Requirements
- Academic degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, systems analysis, technology, or management.
- Over 3-5 years of professional experience in complex technology project management, systems engineering, and/or systems analysis and operational requirements definition.
- At least 2 years of experience in civilian-sector projects; military experience alone does not meet this requirement.
- Proven experience across multiple stages of the project lifecycle, including initiation, requirements definition, solution development, procurement, implementation, testing, and acceptance.
- Hands-on experience preparing technical, professional, and management documentation.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Advantages
- Experience working on the client side (Client-Side).
- Experience with aviation systems, mission-critical operational systems, or complex technology and integration environments.
- Experience working with systems involving multiple interfaces and operating within complex organizational environments.
Personal Attributes
High professional integrity and accountability, initiative, independence, strong analytical skills, sound judgment, rapid learning capabilities, openness to feedback, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead processes while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
