Triunity Software is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our growing team in New Jersey! Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to identify process improvements and solutions
- Develop and maintain detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, and business documentation
- Collaborate with software developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist stakeholders with change management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum
- Proficiency in requirements management and documentation tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, or BI tools is a plus
