Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to identify process improvements and solutions

• Develop and maintain detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, and business documentation

• Collaborate with software developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC

• Monitor project progress and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist stakeholders with change management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment

• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum

• Proficiency in requirements management and documentation tools

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with keen attention to detail

• Experience with SQL, data analysis, or BI tools is a plus
