POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Analyst is responsible to conceptualize solution framework for product requirements and deliver functional blueprint. Define the product component scope in sync with overall product vision and work closely with engineering teams to deliver winning products. Additionally, undertake artefact review to ensure quality deliverables. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Analyst job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Product Managers to define the product strategy and
roadmap for assigned Modules.
- Accountable to own & maintain the functionalities for
assigned modules/group of modules.
- Drive & manage Jiva core product track and client specific
solutions track side by side
- Deliver product artifacts (BCD’s, BRDs and PRD/FRS).
- Provide artifacts walkthrough sessions to all cross functional
teams and answer their queries.
- Work with PD teams to share product vision, clarify queries,
resolve issues & provide solutions.
- Work as SPOC on assigned module for Implementation team to
provide expert solutions for gaps.
- Interact with clients, as needed, along with CSG BAs.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, document meeting
outcomes, and co-ordinate all internal & external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements
- Effectively communicate and apply project standards and manage
resources in accordance with the project
- Successfully deliver high-quality service on schedule and match
the client expectations effectively
- Rational problem solving and ownership on decision making.
Required Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in relevant technology and industry
- Analytics and reporting experience are preferrable
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Good analytical skills required
- Good written and verbal communication required
- Knowledge of Agile process is required
- US Healthcare knowledge is required
Qualification:
MBA or Engineering Degree with Computer Science background
