You’ll run deep analyses that shape growth strategy and will translate complex findings into clear, compelling recommendations for executives.

- Define and monitor experiment guardrail metrics to detect unintended side effects on marketplace health, user experience, or revenue.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to instrument tracking, validate exposure logic, and ensure clean experiment populations.
- Validate product POCs and new feature concepts with data: define success criteria upfront, build measurement frameworks, and deliver recommendations grounded in user behavior, adoption metrics, and business impact.
- Translate experiment and POC outcomes into clear recommendations backed by data and communicated to senior leadership.
Marketplace Strategy & Optimization
- Develop frameworks to monitor marketplace health, including supply and demand balance, connection rates, coverage, availability, retention, and transaction frequency.
- Identify marketplace imbalances, capacity constraints, and opportunities to improve liquidity across regions.
- Analyze pricing, incentives, and localized market dynamics to recommend strategies that improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.
Business Intelligence and Decision Support
- Own dashboards and reporting that provide timely visibility into product, marketplace, and international performance.
- Automate recurring analyses and use AI-enabled tools to improve the speed, scale, and quality of analytical work.
- Navigate complex and imperfect datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies, risks, and untapped opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, product analytics, and/or experimentation (marketplace preferred).
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools to automate insights, conduct experiments, and optimize marketplace performance.
- Strong SQL (experience with dbt preferable) and Python skills; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Comfortable working with relational and non-relational data to deliver insights.
- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, including liquidity, supply-demand balance, and retention.
- Exceptional communicator who can influence executives with data-driven storytelling.
Nice To Have

- Experience working in the data side of CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.).
- Experience analyzing paid acquisition campaigns and marketing KPIs, including conversion rate, ROI, and CAC.
- Experience developing in LookML.
