The Senior Project Manager leads delivery across creative, digital and integrated marketing projects. This role manages the full project lifecycle, from scoping and scheduling to delivery and post-launch wrap-up, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and to high standards. The Senior PM keeps cross-functional teams focused and organized and may work closely with Project Managers to maintain smooth workflows and high-quality output.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Lead daily delivery of multiple client projects
  • Build project plans with clear milestones and resource needs
  • Partner with Account Management to align client expectations
  • Watch project health and solve problems early
  • Manage budgets and track resources
  • Keep timelines, estimates and change orders accurate and updated
  • Connect Creative, Media, Development and Analytics teams
  • Support and guide Project Managers through coaching and collaboration

We Need a Person With

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 5–10 years of project management in marketing or creative agencies
  • Experience leading multi-discipline teams and integrated campaigns
  • Confident managing complex creative and digital projects
  • Strong grasp of agency workflows and production details
  • Calm under pressure and skilled at prioritizing
  • Understands budgeting, planning and scope control
  • Communicates clearly and keeps teams informed
  • Proficient in Asana, Workamajig or similar tools

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We have six office locations in the US: San Diego, California, Los Angeles, California, Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina. We're seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our office's; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work.
