We at Sigma Software are looking for a Project Manager to join our Embedded & IT Support business unit and lead innovative projects in the Smart Home and IoT domains.

In this role, you will manage a project for a leading European company specializing in intelligent and sustainable heating technologies. You will collaborate with multicultural teams, ensure successful project delivery, and help build long-term customer relationships in an international environment.

Our customer is a leading European company specializing in eco-friendly and energy-efficient indoor climate solutions. The company develops intelligent heating systems, wireless connectivity solutions, and smart control technologies for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Its products help optimize energy consumption and promote sustainable living through innovative Smart Climate solutions.

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality expectations
  • Build strong relationships with Customers and act as a trusted delivery partner
  • Identify business opportunities and support account growth through proactive communication and delivery excellence
  • Tailor project management approaches and delivery models according to Customer and project needs
  • Manage project portfolios, identify risks proactively, and ensure transparent stakeholder communication
  • Lead multicultural and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
  • Execute people management activities, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance evaluation, and retention
  • Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices in project delivery and operational management
  • Support and drive AI adoption practices across projects where applicable
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, management, and Customers

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Proven experience in risk management and stakeholder management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with cross-cultural and distributed teams
  • Practical experience driving AI-related initiatives or adoption practices in projects
  • Ability to manage multiple streams and priorities simultaneously
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Strong presentation and Customer-facing communication skills

 

WILL BE A PLUS

  • Experience managing embedded software or hardware-related projects
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, Agile certifications, etc.
