About the Role
As Principal Product Marketing Manager, you'll own product marketing for Veeam DataAI Privacy, part of the Veeam DataAI Command Platform. DataAI Privacy helps organizations automate their privacy obligations across global data and AI regulations, reducing the complexity of meeting privacy requirements through data context and automated controls.
You'll own positioning, messaging, launches, campaign content, and sales enablement for DataAI Privacy in an established, fast-moving market where sharp differentiation wins. You'll be the hands-on expert who turns market, regulatory, and competitive insight into the stories, content, and enablement that move pipeline and win rate.
This is a senior role with the opportunity to grow with the business, for someone who leads with craft and can hold their own with product, sales, and executive leadership. Above all, you're passionate about protecting the privacy of people's data while helping companies reduce the complexity of meeting privacy requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Own positioning and messaging: Set the positioning, messaging, and narrative for Veeam DataAI Privacy, aligned to the portfolio story that unites Veeam's data resilience, data security, and AI trust capabilities
- Win on differentiation: Own competitive positioning in a crowded market, sharpening win themes, objection handling, and battle cards with competitive intelligence teams, and turning win/loss insight into messaging that lands
- Turn regulation into advantage: Translate evolving global privacy and AI regulations into messaging, content, and enablement that help customers act and sellers win
- Lead launches: Lead DataAI Privacy launches end to end, from planning through execution, driving readiness across product, sales, and marketing so every launch lands with impact
- Fuel campaigns: Build the messaging, content, and assets that demand generation and field marketing campaigns run on, and use what you learn to sharpen the next wave
- Drive sales enablement: Create the messaging, plays, training, and partner-ready content that help sellers win, and build material that sales actually uses
- Be the expert voice: Be the speaker and public face for DataAI Privacy, representing Veeam at industry events, webinars, and customer conversations, and own the messaging, content, and presentations from build to delivery
- Support analyst engagement: Contribute to industry analyst briefings and build the materials that showcase Veeam's positioning
- Bring the market insight: Feed voice of customer, win/loss insight, and market trends into product management, and bring market input into pricing and packaging decisions
- Measure what works: Track how your programs move pipeline and win rate, and use the data to double down on what's working
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or data privacy
- Strong familiarity with the data privacy and compliance landscape: products, competitors, and global privacy and AI regulations
- Deep positioning, messaging, and content craft, from executive narratives to launch content to sales enablement, with a track record of differentiating products in competitive markets
- Strong public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills, spanning industry events, executive presentations, and analyst engagements; a proven track record is a must
- Strong analytical skills, with a history of turning market and performance data into decisions
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to align peers and senior leaders across product, sales, and marketing

Pay Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
