Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C)

We at Coforge are hiring Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Q2C/O2C processes.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and testing scenarios.

Execute testing and validate results to ensure alignment with business needs.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders.

Document processes, workflows, and system configurations related to Q2C/O2C.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

Proficiency in SAP and its functionalities related to Q2C/O2C.

Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing methodologies.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
