You will:
- Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications;
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered digital solutions and develop creative solutions to challenging problems;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs;
- Make informed design decisions based on user needs and business goals;
- Stay up to date with UX/UI trends and best practices;
- Gain experience from the best specialists in the Digital field;
- Make independent design decisions.
Requirements:
- Genuine interest in the latest Digital trends;
- Ability to create visually appealing, aesthetically pleasing designs;
- Experience with Figma design and prototyping, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and/ or other graphic design tools/software;
- Feeling comfortable with English as your primary working language, both verbal and written;
- Good problem-solving skills in order to find creative solutions to improve user experience;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, bringing designs to fruition.
- Willingness to learn and improve;
- Prior experience in client-facing roles and agency environments will be a plus.

The final monthly salary for this position depends on your previous experience and assessment during the interview process.
For the position in Lithuania, it is 15-21 EUR/ hour gross.
