Benefits
Full description
Location: Hamburg, Berlin or Barcelona
At Freenow, we are on a mission to empower smarter mobility decisions, helping people to move freely and cities to thrive.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Strategy & New Business team. You will own a high-potential vertical focused on B2B mobility, think enterprise integrations, automated booking workflows, and non-app ordering experiences that replace outdated manual processes.
You will take early-stage initiatives and turn them into scalable, revenue-generating products. This means working closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering without having direct authority over any of them.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for your vertical, from pilot to scale
- Write clear, detailed specifications that engineering teams can build from independently
- Identify and prioritize features based on commercial impact and data
- Manage dependencies across internal teams and keep stakeholders aligned
- Track KPIs and use them to make better product decisions
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B/B2C, or marketplace products
- Experience in complicated B2B product + integrations.
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, or complex backend workflows is a strong plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity — you can define structure where none exists
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and deliver in a resource-constrained environment
- Self-directed: you don't wait to be told what to do next
- Fluent in English; German is a significant advantage
BENEFITS & PERKS IN A NUTSHELL:
- Flexible working arrangements
- LinkedIn Learning
- Sabbatical & special leave policies
- WeRoad partnership
- Birthday, 24th + 31st December off
- Short term EU work policy
- Mobility Credit
- Health Insurance
- Employee assistance program
Plus more local benefits depending on your work location!
DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION:
Freenow is an equal opportunity employer and we consider qualified applicants regardless of race, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age. We want you to grow and evolve, bring your true self to work.
