Senior Technical Project Manager
Location: Netanya
Job Description
As Technical Project Manager, you will lead the R&D work of our next generation of products and grow with us as we venture into new technologies as part of our connected devices line of products. Your responsibilities will be end-to-end and will include timeline definition, risk management, contributing to system design, and leading the work across HW, Embedded, ATE, SW, and Integration disciplines. You will also support the NPI transition to Engineering and Operations while working closely with the Product and Marketing teams. This position requires a multidisciplinary understanding, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to focus yourself and others on key tasks to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- BSc / MSc in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management of multidisciplinary systems, including embedded SW, HW, and wireless communication.
- Experience working with development products, Embedded, HW, and RF systems.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Experience in detailed technical problem-solving and showstopper resolution.
- Ability to understand complex IoT systems and quickly grasp new technical concepts with a focus on upcoming challenges.
- Experience working on complex multidisciplinary projects requiring a high level of technical know-how across different sites.
Advantages
- Experience with serverless product development.
- Coding capabilities (C / C# / Java / Python).
- Experience with RF communication technologies (BLE, WiFi, LTE-M, LoRa, etc.).
- Experience in developing products where a smartphone app is a key element.
- Experience working in a matrix structure (HW, SW, subcontractors, and operations).
