About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and transforming field, sales, operational, and customer data into actionable insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
The successful candidate will oversee data reporting, KPI tracking, performance analysis, dashboard development, and business intelligence activities while collaborating with Business Development, Operations, Relationship Management, and Leadership teams to identify trends, monitor performance, uncover opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database management principles.
- Ability to collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong understanding of KPI development, performance measurement, and business reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with sales, operational, customer, or market data is an added advantage.
