IT Onsite Support Engineer

Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any):

· Solutionise, Design and Develop high-quality services using Java 8+, core programming

concepts, collections, generics, concurrency, design patterns & react programming

· Build scalable Spring Boot microservices, implementing DI, REST controllers, transaction

management, async processing, and robust exception handling.

· Design and implement secure, versioned REST APIs with strong understanding of HTTP methods,

status codes, idempotency, JWT, and API security best practices.

· Ensure thread-safe implementations using multithreading, parallel streams, synchronization

primitives, and concurrent collections.

· Contribute to system design and architecture using DDD, CQRS, reactive programming, and

patterns like Proxy, Saga, and Strategy.

· Work with Kafka, SQL and NoSQL databases, writing optimized queries, understanding

indexing/joins.

· Implement and maintain security frameworks including OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, mTLS, and token

lifecycle management.

· Utilize Spring Boot, logging/monitoring tools, Caching and troubleshoot memory/performance

bottlenecks.

· Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, contribute to planning, estimation and drive best coding and design practices across the team. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to solution design and delivery excellence. · Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with iterative development and continuous delivery practices. · Skilled in testing, deployment, and managing code across multiple test and production environments. · Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, and Release Management processes. · Ability to write high-quality unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, and follow clean coding principles. · Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. · Must be willing to work from the client office as per company policy.
