We are growing our data teams in Chennai and hiring Data Analysts at several levels, from recent graduates to experienced professionals, across our SRP (Structured Retail Products) and FOW data teams.

About the role As a Data Analyst on the SRP or FOW data team, you will help meet our customers' and business's data requirements. You will work across data sourcing, entry, output, and quality for our products, following and helping to maintain the standards that keep our data accurate and reliable.

About the teams Our SRP and FOW data teams cover their respective markets across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latin America, giving us a full view of market trends and developments worldwide.

You will work closely with colleagues in India and Bulgaria to process complex market data. Your main focus will be the US market, and you will also contribute to global projects that support strategic decisions across the business.

  • Keep accurate records and reports that provide a clear audit trail of data changes.
  • Track issues, resolutions, improvements, and best practices, and follow a clear process for reviewing and updating them.
  • Meet client SLA commitments for time, quality, and cost, and flag risks and mitigation plans as they arise.
  • Keep procedure guides for all data management processes current and accurate.

What you'll need

  • A bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Location This role is based in Chennai, India. All team members work remotely, and we provide the IT equipment you need to do the job.
