Our Global E-Commerce Product team creates the digital experiences and platforms that connect customers with Dyson technology around the world. Through data, experimentation and product innovation, we continuously improve how customers discover, evaluate and purchase our products.

About the role

This is a fixed-term, full-time role, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, working 39 hours per week.

As our Experimentation Manager, you will drive experimentation strategy across global e-commerce experiences, helping product teams make confident, evidence-based decisions that improve customer experience and commercial performance.

Working across multiple product domains, you will identify high-impact testing opportunities, turn hypotheses into actionable insights and champion a culture of continuous optimisation. You will act as a trusted partner to Product, Design and Analytics teams, while providing visibility and recommendations to senior stakeholders across Dyson.

You will:

  • Drive experimentation strategy across global e-commerce products and customer journeys.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritised experimentation roadmap aligned to customer and commercial objectives.
  • Design, execute and evaluate A/B tests and other experimental methodologies with clear hypotheses and success measures.
  • Partner with Product, Design and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality experimentation programmes.
  • Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations that influence product and business decisions.
  • Act as a recognised experimentation expert, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring experimentation activity aligns to wider business priorities.
  • Coach and guide colleagues, promoting a culture of learning, curiosity and continuous improvement.

About you

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • At least four years' experience leading experimentation, conversion optimisation or digital product performance initiatives within e-commerce, digital or consumer technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical principles and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
  • Experience designing, executing and analysing experiments that deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex initiatives and effectively prioritise competing demands.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product, Design, Engineering and Analytics teams.
  • The ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and building a culture of evidence-based decision making.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within global e-commerce or omni-channel environments.
  • Familiarity with experimentation, analytics or personalisation platforms.
